Privacy policy

Loodis is made by Digital Trade Baltic OÜ (registry code 14789557, Estonia). Loodis does not collect, store or send any personal data to us or to anyone else. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Everything the app does happens on your device.

The app reads the accelerometer and gyroscope to measure tilt and to check the turns during calibration. On phones without a gyroscope it uses the compass (magnetometer) for those turns instead. These readings are processed on your device only and are not saved or sent anywhere.

The camera is used only in Camera mode, to show the level line over the live picture. A photo is taken only when you press the shutter button. Photos are saved on your device: in the app's own storage and in your phone's gallery (album "Loodis"). We never receive your photos. A photo leaves your device only if you share it yourself.

Your settings (such as units, theme and language) and your calibration values are stored on your device so the app remembers them. They are removed when you uninstall the app.

To count how many times each Pro feature has been tried, the app keeps a small counter (for example "camera: 2") on your device and in Google Play services Block Store. Block Store keeps it when the app is reinstalled and, if your phone's backup is on, in your Google account backup. The counter contains no personal data and is never sent to us.

The sound guide and the spoken calibration instructions use your device's speaker and its built-in text-to-speech voice. The app does not use the microphone.

Loodis Pro is a one-time in-app purchase. Payments are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not receive your payment details; the store only tells the app whether Loodis Pro has been purchased on your account.

This website uses no cookies and no tracking. Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security, for a limited time.

Loodis is a general-purpose tool and is not directed at children.

Uninstalling the app deletes its settings, calibration and the photos in the app's own storage. Photos saved to your phone's gallery stay there until you delete them. The free-try counter stays in Block Store; clearing Google Play services data on the phone removes it.
